24-hour cancellation policy ensures that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges or penalties. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me via phone or email before the 24-hour deadline.

Is counselling confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is a crucial aspect of counselling. Your sessions and personal information will be kept confidential, except in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. You can be sure that all conversations you have with me are confidential. However, there are 3 conditions in which all counsellors are legally bound to break confidentiality:

  • If a child is at risk of being harmed
  • If you have a clear plan to hurt yourself or someone else
  • If your records are subpoenaed by a court
